Memberships

Memberships are monthly recurring on auto-debit. Once purchased, memberships renew each month automatically. There is no start-up or cancellation fee, so while we cannot “freeze” memberships for travel etc, there is no penalty for temporarily canceling and renewing when you’re able to rejoin.

Each membership provides a set number of classes per week. You are welcome to take more classes in a given week if you know you’ll miss the next — for example, while an Eka membership allots one class/week, if you know you’ll be traveling you are welcome to take 2 classes another week that month. We are eager to provide flexibility so you can practice with us, and also we appreciate that you will honor that the School is a business.

Cancellations

We ask for a three-month commitment for memberships, after which you can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel after your billing date, your membership will still be active with us until the day it would renew. For example, if your membership begins on the 15 and you cancel on the 23, you will still have access until the 15 of the next month.

You can cancel classes up to 24 hours in advance on your own. After that, please send us an email.

Refunds

We cannot offer refunds for unused classes or private sessions. In some instances we can work with you on refunds if, for instance, you forgot to cancel your membership until the day of your billing. In general letting us know early is appreciated.
