Why semi-private classes?

Studio classes are great. You move and breath with a big group. But sometimes you want more adjustments and aid from the teacher. Or you’d like more space to stretch out your arms, more than a millimeter between mats.

In Semi-Private classes, instead of 30-40 students there are 4 or 8, and no more than 12. The group is small enough for individual attention but big enough for the encouragement and momentum of community.

how do I get started?

Drop-in to Semi-Private Classes to supplement studio classes. Or. Sign up for a class series or membership when you want to come regularly.


Weekly Semi-private classes

Tuesdays - 8:30am - Sacred Structure

Thursdays - 5:45pm - Deep Practice

Thursdays - 7:30pm - Yoga For Athletes

Fridays - 8:30am - Sacred Structure

monthly-ish special event classes

Second Sundays - The Art of Asana - 4-5:30pm

Saturday Sessions - The Wisdom Body - 2-hour In-depth Exploration - 10am

Pricing & membership plans

  • $35/class for a drop-in

  • $25/class with a Series Package *

  • $20/class with Membership Plans *

    *Includes a private session bonus.

The series packages and memberships create consistency and community. A private session is included because all students benefit from 1-1 time.

Sacred Structure - Tuesday Mornings - 8:30-9:45am

Learn the myths and metaphors of the Yoga Tradition and how they inform your alignment. This class is All Levels for students who already have some yoga experience.

Deep Practice – Thursday Evenings – 5:45-7:10pm

This is a longer practice for exploration and discovery. Expect inversions, pranayama, and unraveling the intricacies of common postures to better understand "intermediate" poses. For all level of experienced practitioners.

Yoga For Athletes - Thursday Evenings – 7:30-8:45pm

This is a yoga class designed for athletes – especially cyclists, surfers, skiers, and snowboards. If you feel that yoga is “not for you” because you’re tight, have injuries, or need to start with the basics – this is your class!

Want to come more than 1x/week? Or want more 1-1 time each month? Membership Plans are the way to go. Here are the 2 options with 2 variations. Customized plans are available by request.


Sukha (Ease) Membership = $160

  • 2 classes/week + 60-minute Private Session every 4 months  

    Or

  • 1 class/week + 90-minute Private Session each month.

Maha (Grand) Membership = $240

  • 2 classes/week + 90-minute Private Session each month

    Or

  • 3 class/week + 60-minute Private Session every 4 months
