Why semi-private classes?

Truth be told: I prefer to teach 4 students rather than 40. I do my best work in small groups where I’m able to personalize a student’s practice and provide the attention and adjustments necessary to create a big impact.

What are Semi-private classes?

In semi-private classes, instead of 30-40 students, there are 4 or 8 and no more than 12. The group is small enough to ensure individual attention but big enough to provide the momentum and encouragement of community. All classes are constructed with a curriculum in mind so there is a trajectory for growth and learning.


Weekly Semi-private classes

Tuesdays - 8:30am - Sacred Structure

Thursdays - 5:50pm - Deep Practice (starts 4/25)

Thursdays - 7:30pm - Yoga For Athletes

Fridays - 8:30am - Sacred Structure (starts 4/26)

Pricing & membership plans

Semi-Private Classes are offered with the following price structures:

  • $35/class for a drop-in

  • $25/class with a Series Package *

  • $20/class with Membership Plans *

    *Includes a private session bonus.

The series packages and memberships allow for curriculum-based learning, create consistency in your practice, and encourage community with classmates. Series Package and Memberships Plans also include a private session because all students benefit from 1-1 time.

Sacred Structure - Tuesday Mornings - 8:30-9:45am

Learn about the myths and metaphors of the Yoga Tradition and how they apply to intelligent alignment and transformative action. This class is All Levels for students who already have some yoga experience.

Deep Practice – Thursday Evenings – 5:45-7:10pm

This longer practice is methodical, intelligent, and exploratory. Expect inversions, pranayama, and unraveling the intricacies of common postures to better understand more "intermediate" poses. For all level of experienced practitioners.

Yoga For Athletes - Thursday Evenings – 7:30-8:45pm

This is a yoga class designed for athletes – especially cyclists, surfers, skiers, and snowboards. If you feel that yoga is “not for you” because you’re tight, have injuries, or need to start with the basics – this is your class!

Want to come more than 1x/week? Or want more 1-1 time each month? Membership Plans are the way to go. Here are the 2 options with 2 variations. Customized plans are available by request.


Sukha (Ease) Membership = $160

  • 2 classes/week + 60-minute Private Session every 4 months  

    Or

  • 1 class/week + 90-minute Private Session each month.

Maha (Grand) Membership = $240

  • 2 classes/week + 90-minute Private Session each month

    Or

  • 3 class/week + 60-minute Private Session every 4 months
