Teaching Skills Seminar

Real People, Real Bodies, Real Yoga

This is a day-long educational event for yoga teachers and/or aspiring yoga teachers. Our focus will be working with people who may not (ever) attend yoga classes, including people who are very tight, have limited body awareness, and athletes. I will be sharing case studies from my clients, including pictures and practice samples.

You will learn basic and effective therapeutic postures for injuries, including back pain, sciatica, knee issues, and balance. You will receive sequence templates for new yogis and common physical conditions (i.e. tight hamstrings). The skills from this seminar could be used for public classes, teaching private sessions or helping friends and family.
