Knowledge is power. Reclaim Yours.

For most of it's history, yoga has been taught primarily by men, with no direct experience of a women's body. Because of this, many of the alignment principles for common postures do not take into consideration the form and function of the female pelvis.

In this daylong retreat, you'll learn about the sacred structure of the female pelvis, how to create more awareness and resilience in the pelvic floor, and how to adjust common poses and alignment principles to better fit a woman's body.

You’ll have 2 practices with Alison to unlock the power of your pelvis. The afternoon will include special guest teacher Lori Metroka Yu , a physical therapist and pelvic floor specialist.
