Traditionally Yoga was taught 1-on-1 because the practice is more powerful when it’s customized. The alignment can be tailored to fit your body. For example, how wide should your feet be? Where is your gaze in Warrior I? Which backbend is best suited to your body? 1-1 time clears up misunderstandings and misalignments so you feel confident, clear and empowered in your practice.
